Hey all, I have a little while to plan my wedding so have been thinking rather creatively. I know some of you have planned wonderful days, so please bear with me for a moment.
If you could have your fantasy day what would it be? You know get married in Westminster Cathedral, have dinner on top of the Eiffel tower, that sort of thing? You know things you could not quite have but would be absolutely amazing?
Mine is to get married at the top of somewhere like Mam Tor in beautiful sunshine (some chance of that)! Then we'd retire to a nice glass-roofed tent to enjoy the sun going down whilst eating entirely organic wine and food, Michelin stared of course. Then we could go to the caves in Gibraltar and have a candlelit disco and dance all through the night, til the sun comes up and we step out onto the beach... sigh! :A
I'd probably be wearing the dress I already have in my head which is very simple. Oh my hair would be back to blonde and I'd have lost a stone :rotfl: My mum and dad would have no problems with each other and everyone would be dressed beautifully!
Anyone else?

mine is to get married in the library in new york, the one that carrie SATC nearly did it in
not just because of them though!
 I NY NY
i would be able to afford to pay for all my (nice)family & friends to come business class of course and get the wedding rings from tiffanys(which i might save up to do any way, nothing too expensive but its got to live on my hand every day so itll be worth it i think!)
the weather would be perfect so we'd have our breakfast in central park then go to one of the big hotels for a dinner and dance
not sure what id be wearing, itd be champagne or ivory in colour thats what i do know!
my boys would be page boys in top hat and tails and my hubby to be would be [STRIKE]brandon flowers AHEM i mean[/STRIKE] wearing charcoal grey
the wedding theme colours would be pale gold and ivory
we'd go up the ESB to toast the sun going down on our wedding day then back to party the night away
we'd go off to honeymoon the next day to LA then vegas baby
thanks for this its been fun....right im off now to do the euromillions:DI am not bossy I just have better ideas:p0

lol i also plan on winning to lottery ok to split the jackpot with you?
i think mine would be in a castle for the ceromony and then back to some beautiful hall where everyone would have a great time i wouldnt stress out and i wouldnt have certian family members looking down on our big day. It would be verry sunny for the pictures but not too hot and i would need to be a size 10 i think lol. My dress im not sure of prob something like my prom dress with a big skirt but not huge and it would look great lol
There would be lots of friends there (my guest list is rather short) and we would have a great party with everyone up dancing and i wouldnt see my mother in law the whole day. Oh and i would win the cake argument and it would be all fruit
 i sound rather vain now...0

i love to get married in a manor house that was mine for the weekend and have as many people as i like maybe 200, have a vintage theme with vintage dresses and all the flowers in the world, warm weather but not to hot, to have the grounds to have our photos taken in, a large wedding cake, the dress of my dreams, and to have my grandad at my wedding that would be the most amazing part of my fantasy wedding i miss him so much i miss him so much
everything most brides could have i guess but with a £5,000 budget its not going to happen.0

My fantasy wedding wouldn't be too different to the one I am planning it would just be the same theme/style etc but with the extra cash for all the details!
I would still have the same dress (a 50's style dolly couture) but I would buy some awesomely fab shoes to go with it. Just now I am thinking about hiring a pair of designer shoes for the day.
I would be wearing a beautiful engagement ring like the one I'd always dreamed of (I don't actually have an enagagement ring as we are too broke ) And we could have lovely rings to match. ) And we could have lovely rings to match.
It be a beautiful warm summers day (like I am wishing for) and we would still marry in our local church but then I would hire a vintage coach to take us a a big open field surrounded by beautiful countryside. We'd have a picnic lunch but with luxury food and plenty of champagne. Play rounders and giant garden games. I would have a wedding cheesecake!! Not the ones made of cheese but like a real cheesecake!
In the evening there would be one of those papakata tents where we could go into and dance the night away with a swing band playing. A BBQ would be on the go filling us all up with cumberland sausages and sticky ribs. Then at midnight we would finish off with a fabulous firework display before jetting off somewhere exotic for a long honeymoon.
All the people I love would be there and all the ones I don't would stay away - and everyone would get along with no argueing!0
