A question regarding interest free loan

Hi, Im from the UK and looking to borrow £5000 via interest free loan for a certain fix period.

Can someone please recommend me a company that offers this and is a very well, reputed and respectable company?

  • How would a bank/lender make money if it was interest free?

    They do exist. Do a google search (remember its for a fixed period) but the thing is I'm not sure which one to go for.

    Well l have "googled" and found in theory they exist but l couldnt actually find a link to one except for specific goods/services which has always been the case. I couldnt find a any purpose one.

    Do you mean buy now pay later type of loans??
    These are poor quality as though they were doing you a favour but of course the interest racks up until you pay it off.
    There's nowt for owt.

    Yeah. Its like if you can settle the full amount in x number of months, theres no interest.

    What are you looking for the loan for?

    There may be retailers who will provide interest free credit for certain items but you could still get better deals in terms of price by taking 'normal' credit facilities.

    If it's not for a specific purpose and the credit through the retailer I doubt if you'd get anything (love to know if you could though) outside of interest-free periods on credit cards (if you can find any)
