It seems StiflersMom has turned into the bull version of brit1234 with lots of pretty pictures being used to tell REALLY impactful stories. The emphasis on stories.

We have quite a few people who seem to have read most of the back catalogue of this board.

There is a pleasure in the pathless woods, There is a rapture on the lonely shore, There is society, where none intrudes, By the deep sea, and music in its roar: I love not man the less, but Nature more...0

Where I am sitting right now, YoY for the past year is still -4%.StiflersMom wrote: »Well, you've miscalled the market since early 2009, so there's no surprise there !!

To help you out a little on how the market has performed since the start of the year, have a look at this article:

There's no rush. There'll always be houses for sale.0 -
True ... and if I'd been selling that house today instead of when I did it'd be marketed at about £60-80k less than it was. So I must be £60-80k ahead at the moment, plus interest earnt on the actual pot, plus outgoings not spent on that old property, less rents paid on renting since. All "ahead" stuff.SmartPricePrincess wrote: »I thought I read somewhere on another thread that PasturesNew was sitting on a pot of money. As my FIL says "you can't fall off" with cold hard cash.0 -
