Mortgage carried on..........

Hi was wondering if anyone could help? I am coming to the end of a 3 yr mortgage with a sub-prime company. We have always paid on time and i was wondering do they contact us before the time is up to offer us a deal or do they carry it on if we wish to? Any advice would be great. I know we probably can't go to a bank as we do not have a deposit to put down. Thanks

It will revert to the SVR, although they may have other rates - give them a call and see what they have.
If you don't have any equity in your home (i.e. the house value-the mortgage amount) you won't be able to look at other lenders.0 -
Be careful though what appears to be a good offer my not be...
