cannot pay ccj this month

hi,
i have a ccj on my car loan with black horse, i cannot afford the full amount this month, before i ring them i wondered if anyone else has had a similar situation and can you pay a reduced amount on a ccj if agreed with the finance company or ... once a ccj is issued you HAVE to pay that amount full stop.

You can have a CCJ varied if you can long longer afford the amount or you've had a change of circumstances, but it would involve applying back to the court for a variation and they would then need to see a financial statement to work out what you can now afford.
You need to call them ASAP though if you're going to not be able to pay it.

Just a thought, how much are your debts in total? If they're under 5k I'm just wondering whether you would be eligible for an admin order.
