I got booted off these jobs a while back and asked for an explanation. Surprisingly, I got one: apparently I don't have "the right profile" for these jobs. I was told that the client had become selective and I did not "fit". Even though I asked what bit of me didn't fit, there was no other info forthcoming!
I think to fit the profile you have to be stupid enough to eat C*** the clientele appears to be youngish, they don't seem too fussy about how much salt, additives, and deep frying occurs or is added to the "food" they eat. :rotfl: Went on an all inclusive holiday last year and a bloke and girlfriend constantly complained about the food, it was actually fantastic, but they had been brought up on the fast served, salty stuff and couldn't eat real food:eek: scary :rotfl:0 -

I turned test centre jobs downbut keep getting email follow up asking if I want to do one,:( so they may just be tying up loose ends and filling all jobs, so hopefully you will hear soon.:)

Thanks for the idea but I use my phone. It's only 2mp so nothing amazing. Can't change the resolution though. My main camera is a lot larger and as I do all mine covertly it would be too obvious haha.Worth checking just in case - I use my phone too and double checked my settings last month (thanks to some very helpful peeps on here :T) - my phone camera has actually got a "Picture size" setting which allows you to choose VGA. It was set to 3MP before and took AGES to upload... now it's a cinch! Mines a SE if that's any help...
That was me that told you to make the pic size smaller. First job I took mine at 3MP, too big. Next job I took at 1MP and they were still too big so I set it to VGA - perfect. We’ve had to remove your signature. We met a family like that last year. The food was mainly Turkish dishes, with a token container of chips. The family ate chips for lunch and dinner every day and constantly complained that there were no chicken nuggets or fish fingers, as the children couldn't eat any "foreign muck". Plenty of other children managed to eat the Turkish food and enjoyed it though. Food was so nice, we're going back again this year!
Not heard about GFK auditing and didn't apply for the Retail Active work as I couldn't make any of the training dates and I'm on holiday in the middle of the project. Here I go again on my own....0 -

Nice one. Was it you or GFK that brought up the expenses? I would consider that myself the next time it comes round. Have done a couple of the local ones and quite like them.0 -

clippy_girl wrote: »thanks tg, i plan to do that. i currently use 1mp for gap as it wont accept anything larger and they are clear enough. no way am i using my 10mp setting! bad enough uploading one pic at that size!
ooh can you upload without resizing ?? I have to resize every pic to that company, so annoying.. is there a way of sending them without doing that everytime. ?
Sorry jumped in with both feet...didn't read prev posts ....(quite a bit about it) I know ...... scann threads before asking questions.... consider myself told off ..by myself , he he thought i would get in before anyone else did !!!0 -
TractorGirl327 wrote: »2MP is still quite large when you are up loading loads of them!! There must be a setting on your mobile to change the picture size. What model do you have?
Hahaha it's an iPhone. Does a whole load of other things, but the camera is not its strong point. I have looked and there is definitely not an option to change it.
I'm not too bothered. My internet will cope with me browsing and uploading. The big stores will take up to 20 minutes to upload (40 photos) but I generally get on with renaming the other stores whilst it's uploading.0 -
Let me know if it works for you, Mr Google is my best friend.
lol...me too I google everything (forgot about street though) ..tried it last night but no good unfortunatly,:( nothing coming up for 1 side when i google add) and street doesn't pan in close enough or at the right angle for this area.. shame ,, but i will remember to do it if i ever forget again, which i most prob will ...:rotfl::rotfl: thanx for your help anyway..0
