I think we do have some up here but not as tasty as those French ones.

Must be something to do with the weather....................

Oh well, Risotto for dinner tomorrow then.............

Could've picked up some nice wine too if we'd have had a chance at the Truffle jobs..................

Imagine that HP - us two on that ferry across to France!

Better than the airport one we did that time.........................

    We can but dream!!!

I've got a mushroom job tomorrow as well. Got to meet a man at the mushroom farm. He sounds like a real fun guy ......

Did no-one get my joke? Mushrooms ... "fun guy" ..... :rotfl:]

  • I got the French truffle visits.
Being close to Dover ferry I suppose....my expenses would be less than yours!

Ahh, you're lucky being near Dover. Applied for those as I quite fancy a trip to France but as I'm near the Harwich ferry, I always get sent off to Holland! The mystery shops over there are quite an experience. Always seem to end up with the munchies after I've ms'ed their cafes. Can't figure out why....

Love it! The old ones are the best! :rotfl:

I'm starting on the mushroom jobs tomorrow. It sounds a bit boring, but the pay is fantastic, so I was easily led :D Is anyone else doing them? It's for the company that don't like to be mentioned - the spies one not the A one.

    Morning all
Had a weekus horriblus ms`ing last week...
    Day1 - Forgot to get a receipt-reshopped
    Day 2 -Deleted appropriate photo-sorted
Day 6 -Shopped the site 10 mins too early-rescheduled

Have checked and rechecked my briefs for today, although I know the area where I am going, and I think 2 of the shops are the same one, with entrances on 2 roads(if that makes sense)It is a Gap job so no doubt I am right!
The rest of the week is quiet so far apart from some crisp jobs, beginning to think I could do with a rest! getting too old for this lark ;)

You don;t get a confirmation email as such. But they sent one out listing those that have not yet done their results.

Did my 1st job for First Tracking and sent my report over the website. Had no confirmation email however. Is this normal? I'm sure it's gone through, but i'm quietly panicking :(.
You'll be fine for 1st tracking, any problems they ring you up, but its a nightmare to get back to them @ times, as you have to go through a main switchboard.
If its for an SPI then in a couple of days they will let you invoice them,& you know its okay then.
If its for the trailer checks then again in a few days you will be able to invoice them.:)

Thanks for the info :), they seem a nice company to work for. I really enjoyed their assignment at the weekend. I awarded the staff member a voucher for 'exemplary customer service' and she was bouncing off the walls when she got it :rotfl:. It was soooo nerve-wracking revealing my MSer identity at the end of the transaction though . Saw some staff huddled together whispering and looking in my direction afterwards :rotfl:... or maybe i'm just paranoid :D

As for all the mushroom and fun guy gags, if there's ever an MS for a christmas cracker joke factory, the jobs yours :p.

    Have a good day all!

Yay - i remembered to put a heading in the post! :D.

  • I'm having trouble with payments for RE and pending payments (incorrect). From the website it won't let me raise a payment query when I put in the job number. Last week I left 4 voicemails and no-one got back to me. Does anyone know an email address I can use to send them a payment query. It's quite a large sum as it is reimbursement for the budget overnight stays.
