Well my washer finally bit the dust. You people out there seem to find the most incredible bargains. I'm starting my hunt for a no frills washer dryer tonight. I would be very greatful if anyone comes across a bargain and would let me in on it. Thankyou ...... : Flossy

Do you live anywhere near a Hoover factory ? I know the one at Merthyr Tydfil does excellent deals in their factory shop for ones that come of the production line with dents in the sides etc.

In London, Buyers & Sellers in Westbourne Grove are a good source of bargains. John Lewis stores often have ex-display models heavily marked down too.

They are a large company who deal will manufacturers directly and supply through small independant companies/businesses. They can offer prices which are as cheap as any large shop (comet, currys etc) but with better service. You will also be giving your money to local businesses rather than large companies who dont give a damn about you as a customer!

So check the site for your local dealer and check them out.......
