tesco online order.. £40 more expensive on delivery

That happened to me last week, ordered a couple of items, no mention on website about being on special offer and when the shopping was delivered the next day I had been charged almost double for these items, I phoned CS and explained that I only bought these items because of the price and they just refunded the difference no problem.
