Hi did anyone else fill in the on line details to get the 2 x £10 Waitrose vouchers...Telegraph promotion?

Has anyone received theirs yet?

Not got mine either, I'm think the website (now closed) said they'd send on 15 Feb.

I've had nothing either...as the vouchers are for February, if they leave it much longer there won't be time to spend them.

Just found this posted on the Waitrose website forum - it seems Waitrose have made a bit of a mess of this offer. I hope you've still got your till receipts!

I was sorry to learn that some of you were unable to complete the Daily Telegraph offer online and apologise for any disappointment caused.

Please could I ask that you e-mail us at [EMAIL="customer_service@waitrose.co.uk"]customer_service@waitrose.co.uk[/EMAIL] with the information requested below so that we can then submit your details to our marketing team. We will only be able to submit details for this offer for a very limited time and so would ask that you send the details to us right away.

- Full Name & Postal Address (incl post code)

- Details of the 3x receipt transaction numbers (16 digits) found at the bottom of the receipt with the date and total amount spent for each.

Once we have received this information we will pass it to our marketing team and as long as your 3 receipts meet the requirements of the offer, we will then send you the vouchers later this month.

The vouchers are valid until March 31.

I was able to complete the offer online but still no vouchers (Friday 19th and the postman has been)

I completed the online offer too (after a long hunt for the web address) and I haven't received any vouchers. I've emailed all the necessary details to customer services, I'd recommend you do the same.

According to Waitrose Customer Services they went in the post yesterday (Friday) and have been extended to be valid until 31 March.
