Credit file questions

Hi all,

I've been working on my finances for a year or so and decided to see how my credit records were reflecting this.
So far I've received the Equifax and Callcredit files but have a couple of questions about the entries found within the Callcredit if anyone can offer advice?

Intrum Justica: This is logged as a default dated 2005. I have been making regular payments for 10 months now yet on the line of "Payment & Account Status Codes" I have ".." for each months entry all the way back to the initial DF. Is this normal practice for Intrum? I was expecting to see an "OK" or similar indicating I was making regular payments against the account (which I am) rather than "no update" (as per the glossary).

My bank account: I've put a lot of effort towards keeping my account in good standing for a long time now and have 3 years of "OK" listed against it. What is odd though is that it lists my current balance as £0 and the included history (going back nearly 3 years) shows a continued balance of £0 apart from May 2007 which shows £77. Is this normal?
