Hate to say but trying yell and that's it isn't really trying, this is the biggest purchase of your life and the effort has to be put in. Only when you do will you see what difference it can make.
Please don't take this the wrong way but you only have to look on these forums to see people working hard to get better deals, pay off mortgages and you will understand that had you done a proper search the website below would have quickly appeared.
