The rate can deffo change - I THINK it changes with the BOE rate but I need to check this.
FD a no goer for us - they will only take into account a basic salary, not commission and most of my husband's income is commission - the basic salary is small in comparison and doesn't allow us to borrow what we need. As RBS customers this is not an issue and they include the whole income.£2 savers club 2013 #1630
