5 year fixed with no limits on Overpayments

Hi all, my ERC finishes soon on my current 5 year fixed (LTV 40%), are there any companies doing 5 year fixed rates at the moment with no restrictions on overpayments?

Also what the going rate for 5 years fixed at the moment?

Yes YBS offset mortgage 4.89% LTV 75% and less FEE £495
You could also look at first direct but only 3 year deals I think

Yes YBS - 4.79% - 5 years fixed - allows overpayments - it does not say there are restrictions, but will ring and find out just in case.

I have a YBS offset mortgage with a little help ( family and friends) offset most of the mortgage !!!!
Other lenders will only allow 75% MAX offset
But some Barclays allow you to offset ISA,s :-( and YBS wont)
