Fortunately I don't need these policies for mortgage purposes (I have a repayment mortgage) but I am losing faith that these policies will be able to achieve 5.75% growth (what CIS believe is a reasonable assumption) let alone 4%! :( I am beginning to think that I might do better to cash in / trade and use the money to reduce my mortgage.

Any thoughts? Also any suggestions as to who offers the best trade-in values?

Cheers.
