I got a catalogue back in 2004 online, they sent me out Credit agreements and I know I never sent them, I sent them a £1 cheque and asked them to supply me with the signed true copy CCA, they haven't and as I know cannot? can they still pursue me? I don't know wether to send in an SAR with £10 but does online make any difference?

You got it online, if you ticked the box to say you agreed to the terms and conditions, that is an electronic signature and legally binding. Electronic signatures have been used for along time, especially for credit card applications.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

I think back in 2004 there was no difference, so they still should have to have a signed copy.
Never in doubt is the person to ask for sure. Are you currently paying towards this debt? do you have a default on it? If you go down the route of possible unenforcable agreements then you are almost certain to get defaulted. Just make sure you are aware of the implications before you do it.:)
