Argos are very high in interst/apr their charges are huge!!
I don`t think you can get rid, but some do it as a goodwill gesture when confirming to pay so maybe worth calling and asking!
Most store cards are like this hence advise to cut up cards/don`t get them!!DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

hm, well its not loads but im intent on trying to pay them £150 a month just to get them out of the way, its only small at the moment so yea lol saying that ive not really had many letters from them to add up to this? this is my 3rd letter so from what i can understand the others must have gotten lost in the post, there threatening me with legal action
ell they are saying it "may" lead to legal action ebay 2010 challenge -:j very impressed with myself

I don't think you can do anything about the £12 charges other than goodwill as there was an agreement to cut the charges capped down to £12 in 2006 unlike with bank accounts.0

I would think that you are stuck with the charges. Explain your financial situation and offer £121 per month for 3 months.
I would be surprised if they refused this. make the offer by letter....never phone!

Hi Razer,
Has Moorcroft bought the debt or collecting it on behalf of Argos?
If Moorcroft has bought the debt, check your terms and conditions of your Argos card to make sure that the charges can be carried over to a third party.
Have you not CCA'd Argos to check if the agreement is enforceable?
