Melly, its horrible when your 'dream' shoes don't fit! OH bought me Louboutins for 14/02, can you imagine how gutted I am that they are too small As they were from Ebay, no money back

They say they are a 39 (6), but we knew they came up small and as I am 38 1/2 (5 1/2) we thought they'd be okay, but they are really a 5
However, think they 'may' be fakes, very very good ones, but a couple of things make me think they may be fakes, so not going to sell them on. As wouldn't be fair.

I'm so sorry about the shoe-tastrophe! Fakes! Some people are real evil... it's just not right to make a copy of a Louboutin, it's so wrong!

I'm hoping to get some Louboutins (or Jimmy Choos, or whatever else I decide I love!) when I go to London with my Mum in May, she's buying me my wedding shoes and I'm going to get the most fabulous ones I can find! I'm a 6 and a half normally so I'd have to get a size 8 by the sounds of it!

Yeap, OH really should not use internet to buy stuff, he is a nightmare. The shoes themselves are spot on, and TBH if they fitted I would have worn them as unless you look REALLY closely you can't see that the Louboutin is not stamped deep enough, it was the box that made me think 'fake' once I quizzed OH, he explained where he bought them, then I knew

Jimmy Choos are amazing, my little brother dated a girl who worked in Jimmy Choos and got 70% staff discount, guess when he told me this........... 3 months after splitting up with her, but not before aunts all got shoes from there, he couldn't understand my annoyance! :rotfl:

Well at least your OH meant well! I'd have killed my brother if he kept something like that from me! Why don't men get how important things like 70% discount on fab shoes are?!

My OH has made me feel better in his usual geeky way, finding reports for me to read on how the fashion industry is behind with evolution of women's feet.. they are getting bigger but they are still stocking the 'average' size 5/6 from 10-20 years ago. I love him haha

Oh sorry for the double post but these are fabulous, thank you for pointing me to them! I had my heart set on red shoes for a while actually, then saw the viv's and thought cos they had the red heart I'd compromise with myself.

I shall be browsing the Marisota website!!

Ive got wide feet and ive got the Cortesan shoes in blue from Schuh - they do them in white too - seventy quid and lush! Would go with your 50s dress to!
