Picked up my three sets yesterday with a free 15 effervescent vitamins - surprisingly heavy box - into my Christams cupboard together with yesterday's Debenhams' purchases (when they arrive).

picked my three up yesterday they are brilliant little gifts but they so did not need such a big box, also free 10 effervescent tablets here too. Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone requested to collect from their local store is still waiting for confirmation they have arrived? I was one of the lucky ones and managed to get this, I got a confirmation email and then a dispatch email last week which said they would let me know when they arrived at the store but nothing since then. I ordered something else the week before and have had the same - no confirmation either parcels are there.
I just tried to click through from the emails to the Boots site to find a contact number to ring customer services and apparently boots.com isn't working properly - least the bits I want isn't.
Just don't want them to send them back to the warehouse and all that chasing to be in vain!

I was in exactly the same position as you - got my dispatch email on Saturday I think, but no confirmation that it had arrived instore on the expected date (Monday 22nd). So I just waited until Tuesday, and went into the store. My parcel was there, had arrived on Sunday I think.

I didn't get a email to say they were in stock, I just went on the day they were expected in store and they were there.0

If you check your Boots account, under your orders it will show the status. It will change to arrived in store once they have arrived as they scan the box which updates the system. I collected mine instore, no message to say it had arrived but my account showed it was there. HTHComping wishlist for 2017

Thanks Savvybunny2009, I tried that but I keep getting a message saying boots.com is temporarily unavailable - also happens when I just try and open the normal site and not click through on the email. Maybe they're sick of me buying stuff on glitches!0

I'm in the same boat, just checked my orders on Boots.com and they are in store! Happy days, will go collect them tomorrow.
