Anyone know if I can now withdraw some money from my pension?
Hi i'm 55 with about 30 grand in my little pension pot. The problem is I am at present paying about £140 a month interest on two loans i rather foolishly took out through Lloyds years ago. I understand it may be possible to withdraw about a quarter of my pension under new pension rules. Is this true, so 1. do you have to be officially retired 2. at 55 am i eligible 3. do you agree this would be a good idea? Your thoughts much appreciated! New member ffrance.
