if deprivation of income is used as a means for the csa to hammer you, then simply fold the company and have the person you trust to start their "own company". ;)

then they cant do diddly. :rotfl:
NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

My sis in law was an alcoholic, she drank herself to death leaving 3 beautiful children behind.

If the OP has any heart at all, then he needs to help her and the children.

    Ill reply in bulk.

Wife is wealthy but we earn low between us, you see her wealth does not come from regular work, she inherited and its hers not mine.

If the CSA want to use diversion of earnings against me that's great annual profits of £130 with known liabilities of £2,000 doesn't leave much for the vultures anyway. Who said I gave the company to my wife, I am not that stupid, I sold it for £100, no less than it is currently worth.

As for helping the alcoholic ex, are you for real, she does not want help and as for being angry with her, yes I am, I worship the ground she is going in. Im not a million miles away from winning custody anyway, if you want to defend a drug taking, alcoholic child neglector (child neglect is a form of child abuse by the way) then your no better than them. my children have a loving family (on my side of the fence) and want for nothing, they get everything and they would never go hungry cos I got the social services watching that ***** like a hawk. She not on here to defend herself too busy taking drugs thats why.

Bankruptcy is not a crime by the way to the people who brought that into it, and I know the CSA debts would not be included in bankruptcy, well 2 things i got to say to that, I have no CSA debts (as of yet) and secondly I am not going bankrupt !

As for the diversion of earnings, well if the CSA can force me to pay a dividend on annual profits of £130 then good luck to them. Also I have medical proof that the stress of the company was making me ill, a perfectly plausable explination for a judge I would say.

You see, here we go again, there are a sea of people out there who all say "lets make the nrp suffer"

Thanks to the people who supported me, and to the people who judge me as a bad person, well wake up for goodness sake !

Thats fair enough then, good on you for wanting to take care of them.

If you nearly have custody why are you moaning at all?

  • I am sticking up for decent fathers because I am not an isolated case there are millions of us. I agree with the anger vented towards the dads that dont pay or help or do anything, they are scum but we are not all like them.
  • Agreed and you can tell the ladies and gents on this thread, without even knowing their names:rotfl:

You say some very nasty things about your ex which display a high level of anger towards someone who isn't here to defend herself. Perhaps you should refrain from venting your bitterness and anger on the forum? That isn't really what we are all about here.
    How self righteous is that?
If the OP was a woman you would never have said that!!!
The amount of women that post here slating their ex-husbands to the ground is unbelievable.......as soon as a bloke posts, its not acceptable.

Try winding your neck in love.

CSA have decided to take a whole chunk of my money and give it to my alchoholic ex, until that point i had the money to buy my kids what they wanted as their mother would only spend the money on herself.

So as a company director I have given my company away, lock stock and barrel, all the shares, everything to someone i trust with my life.

Now there all in a hoo ha about this as they cant touch me, luckily for me my wife is very wealthy so the kids will be getting everything they need.

Not all parents who try to avoid CSA are bad parents, infact I have given all this up to protect my kids, firstly the old bag cant afford to get drunk now, thats better for the kids, secondly when the kids have grown up, they will be given the company, which if left to the CSA to delve into would be destroyed.

CSA need to tidy up the way they work- good dads are having to duck and dive and ruin their lives, how the hell can that be good for the kids !

I warned them on the phone what I would do if they got heavy handed, now they can have 25% of nothing, and my kids will not suffer, sorry ex, no more drinks on me !!!

This doesn't make sense, she is very wealthy but can't afford to drink. Also if she is an alchoholic she will buy booze before anything else.

It's his current wife that is wealthy and the ex wife that is an alcoholic
  • Bit of confusion here.

His current wife is very wealthy.

The "Old Bag" is the ex!
