CSA - Enforcement ...

Does anyone have any encouraging information to tell me about the powers of enforcement that the CSA have for NRP's who have relocated to Middle East - he's a high earner, employed by UK registered Co., I ve supplied CSA with every possible detail for them to make contact with the NRP's employers to establish what level of maintenance should be being paid for our child. Arrears currently stand at £10K. I'm on my 17th case officer !! I don't know how many times I've been told that the enforecment team are getting more and more powers to track down reluctant NRP's to support their children, but nothing happens and because I do receive some £s from him it is far less than when he was working in the UK earning less and paying taxes. I am always left with the feeling that I shouldn't bother them as 'at least I'm getting something' . What powers do they have in these circumstances and where do I go to get proper advice - case workers don't seem to know anything and next you call they've left !!
