*waves hand* That was me - got summoned by name to help out as 'Jes the Flat Pack Queen' - I think some of the other Mobsters pointed them in my direction for some reason... Speaking of Mr Knowles, given that JW posted that teaser pic of Julian in the shower (http://twitpic.com/1xsr6n), I think I am safe to say that one of my enduring memories of those three days will be Nick Knowles, sans purple shirt and in black vest top only, sitting on the closed loo in front of said shower area late on Thursday evening, glaring at shower enclosure assembly instructions and having a rather pointy argument with various components which were refusing to co-operate...

All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful time, and the team and crew really are as lovely and friendly as they seem on the TV! :T And the end result is truly marvellous - but you'll have to wait until the program for the details... But I will say that, having now met Mike and his two sons, it couldn't have happened to a nicer three people.

Oh, and the reason Killer didn't get to sign many boobs is 'cos Billy bagged them all! :rotfl:

Just a quicky as I will be late for work. It was me who was asking for names to people in the photo. Fully understand and I think many mnay posts back I said that maybe one of the reasons for people not going was recognition and other knowing of their very personal reasons for being on here. As a follower form the beginning of this thread just wanted to see and hear something, but do understand and will just have to wait now won't I. You always appear as I'm about to strike hehe I was patrolling honest day 1 of diet :-) I'm famished oh is cooking la brekkie... Morning all.... Poo SB and MW will be home today so I'm sure they will be on as soon as they can!!

SkintDragon, we were all up for a few drinks but poor Mike was so completely shattered we had one drink with him and left them to go to bed. But as Jes said, they are such an incredibly lovely family, it was a pleasure to meet them (and the rest of Mikes Mob). Lots of emotional hugs and tears, which worsened when we realised how truly lovely they were - I think it said it all when someone said to his sons 'you haven't got your t-shirts signed!' and the response from one son was 'we have a house, we don't need anything else'. (correct me if i've not remembered accurately!)

All of Mikes Mob who couldn't make it were mentioned lots of times so you weren't forgotten!

We are going to leave it to Mike to fill you in on any details, some photos will be available once they have been filtered for any potential secrets.
