Hi am just about to fill a form out for a job in the local mall
In a CRB check does a CCJ come up in it? I dont have any criminal convictions but a ccj from a old debt that i had.

No is the basic answer a CCJ will not show on a CRBIm an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0

Not paying a personal debt is not a crime, hence it will not show on a CRB check.0

County Court is not a criminal court, so CCJs can't be shown on CRB.
At least that's how I take it.0 -
