Mortgage help?

We are buying a new house, we will have a 25% LTV. Our current provider is CBS and we are on a fully flex tracker 2%+base rate. We like this facility a lot to make over payments. CBS have offered us the chance to move this to the new house (subject to survey) for £200 (the survey charge). So no added costs I think.
Am I just being lazy or are there lots of better deals out there?
We have no tie in other than £200 redemption charge.
Also do I have to have the deposit available as cash so to speak (we put most of our spare money on the current mortgage so I hoping it would come from the sale/building soc. )
Thanks

Sounds like a very good deal and unlikely to be surpassed if you like the Lender, service and product flexiility then see no reason to g anywhere else. Having a track history with them will also probably make things far easier and less stressful than going anywhere else .0

Thanks for that, I don't suppose any one knows whther the lack of cash up front for a deposit (it's mostly but not all in the current house) means we would have to exchange and complete on the same day?0

Is it always 10% on exchange?0
