hi everyone this is my first thread i am new to this so if there is a few mistakes then i apologise now,
back to my question
i had a re assesment dated june 2009 and i have been paying my maintenance weekly and up to date then at the end of january 2010 i received a letter asking for wage and housing costs (old scheme) for february 2009 can they do this? i phoned and asked why they needed that information as they had already received information for oct, nov, dec 2008 and jan 2009 they said that they had lost the information and that it was now CLERICAL? i spoke to someone else at csa they said to ignore letter but have today received a new assesment i am very confused as the new assesment has now put me in hundreds of pounds in arrears:(:(

Yep, in my case they did an assessment and came up with a figure which they backdated to the date the assessment started. I Appealed , they did another came up with a lower figure and applied that from the date they completed it.
They can basically go back as far as they want:beer: I've paid the CSA off and stopped them taking payments:beer:

I was a NRP, now I'm a PWC, partner of a PWC, and parent of a PWC ( and very confused at times )0
