I assume that most, if not all people on this section have received a threatogram from a debt collection agency at one time or another?
If so, have you ever noticed some of the crazy terminologies that they use on their threatograms?
For example:
"Your conduct in this matter is unnacceptable and will not be tolerated" :rotfl:
or
"Vaild even if not actually read by you" :rotfl:
Anyone know of others?

Going on what others have said as ive not had one.
"We will send bailiffs" - Well done, you need a CCJ for that!
"We will send someone round" - Who? When? Why? ...Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

I saw a client's letter from a dca once which said they were going to repossess goods under the client's hire purchase agreement. Funny that as it was an unsecured catalogue debt and the company involved have never done hire purchase. :rotfl:Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

I've had several threatened with a charging order when they live in rented property.
MacKenzie Hall did this to my mate (she has a court order against her for rent arrears from the council as well) so I sent them a letter saying (amongst other things) that their threat of a charging order had been taken extremely seriously and had been passed to the landlords (ie the council) and that their legal representatives would be in touch shortly...*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200
