Boots Optician

Hi I am new here and would like a bit of advice. I hope I am posting in the right place.

I went for an eyetest at Boots and the staff and service were excellent.

My problem is that last friday (12/02/10) I ordered a pair of glasses and having looked at them again in another store I realise that they don't suit me. I called at lunchtime today to see if I could cancel the order but they said this wasnt possible.

Does anyone know if I might be able to ask to exchange them and pick another more suitable pair when I go to collect them?

Any advice would be appreciated?

    the problem might be that they have already made the lenses and they wouldnt fit another pair. best call them and ask them.

    I think it is too late now. They will have made the glasses, and I don't think they will allow you to exchange them without charging for a new pair.
