Advice needed on Oasis fashion

Hi,
I bought a top in Oasis late January and it was £45 full price. Today, I saw that it is £40 full price (NOT in the sale!) on the website. I have noticed Oasis do this before, they change prices on the same items but not as sale items. Can I claim a refund on this?

why dont u go back in store and point it out to them. im sure they will give u a refund than u buying online + pp = more or less the same.

To be honest, you was happy purchasing the top at the original price - unless you do a straight refund which can only be done if the tags are in place, with receipt and unworn and then purchase again. They probably won't give a refund. Is it really worth faffing for a fiver?

Probably not even £5 as you will have to pay petrol/bus fare there and back.

Lots of shops change their prices often, when half the tag is taken away and a sticky price label is put on.
