I did this with CD Wow at xmas and to be honest it all went smoothly for me. Got my £15 cheque within a week of requesting and found it very easy to cancel through their website.
In fact, the DVD I ordered to fulfill the requirements was delayed by CD Wow, so I was able to cancel that too and get it cheaper elsewhere
