Debt Advice

Has anyone ever dealt with innovativefinance.co.uk?

I'm having an awful experience with them, can anyone recommend a good debt management company?

How much do they charge you each month? How do you terminate the arrangment? Check your paperwork.

You will repay your creditors quicker usign a free debt charity or PAyplan http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/debt-help-plan

  • hi, have you tried debt remedy with cccs. i done it just last nite, they are a great help. good luck.
  • Never, ever use a fee paying DMP company. I'd recommend cancelling your agreement with them, getting your documents back and going down to your local CAB, or contact CCCS or Payplan.

They said they are different to the CCCS and payplan etc as what they do is look to write off all your debts and in the meantime reduce my payments. The reality is they dont seem to be getting anywhere with writing the debts off or even better compensation which they said i was entitled to, in fact my creditors are applying shed loads of interest and my debts are spiralling even more out of control.

I'm confused now which companies to believe since mines turned out to be a joke!?!?

    Get away from them ASAP!

CAB, CCCS and payplan are charities so help for free and don't give false claims about compensation and writing off debts.

    Ok

So they are not a debt managment company.

The OFT has advised people to avoid companies who write off debts.

They do both, write of debts and do you on a debt management plan.

How on earth do these companies get away with even trading, sure the goverment do not allow this, they've conned me out of over £1000 in fees over the last4 months alone. wouldnt mind as much but i've had to do with out food to make these payments and scavenge from family. Its disgusting the goverment allow companies like this to carry on trading :(
