Problems Being Paid !!!! HCC

Hi there

Wonder if anyone can help me out / advise on a pay issue ? I have been working for a company who have been, up until quite recently, relatively ok. They have traditionally paid me somewhat late but I have grave concerns right now as monies due to me going back to December 2009 are still outstanding.
Is anyone else having a similar problem - the Director who is responsible for all the payments is Bob Travers and the company is HHC ? Hopefully I am worrying over nothing and this may be a glitch. Any updates good or bad are appreciated - thanks

Hiya. The company is HCC. I notice you say HCC in your title but call them HHC in your post. And yes, I hear a few are having problems being paid at the moment.

Doesn't HCC have some ongoing work? Whats happening with that?Anyone worked for TNT?? Everyone wont be paid and there will be a new setup forgetting all those owed money!

Hello, I'm new here

It seems that I too am having major issues with pay from HomeCallCentre Its been 2 months since I last got paid, and I have to admit the signs are not looking good.

I've tried contacting Robert Travers but not getting any response!! Surly this cant be right??

I do hope that this is indeed a glitch that will be resolved but any advice as to what I can do would be very much appreciated please as I'm a little worried

Bit more information i've managed to gather together. It seems Martyn Smith was a secretary of these new companies that have been set up - Home Workers Agency & Home Source UK until the 4th of Feb. Does anyone know who he is or how to contact him?

Oh and also does anyone know the new director of the new companies ie Anthony M Willis?

Update:

Martyn Smith is not on the board of these new companies (HWA & Home Source UK)but once upon a time for a short while was on the board at HCC.

So who is running things now then?! Confused.com

He must be on a 30 day account,Which means his has had over 2 months money paid to him.coming on to 3 months the man has no clue as to how to run a company he has over committed himself.By the sounds of it his incomings are less than his outgoings so he cant pay people on time

I worked for Homecallcentre 2 years ago. I had problems with being paid late 6 months after I started working for them. I terminated my employment with them in Nov 2008. They kept on saying the accounts people had put the wrong bank details onto their system. Have you tried calling the accounts department? Or have you tried ringing Paula Styles? She was who I was under when I started there. I dont if she is still there, but I remember that she was very very helpful. good luck.

I too have worked for Homecallcentre and am not getting paid. This is not the first time it has happened either. You do the work and rely on the money yet my account is empty. Empty like the promises from Robert Travers. I was told it must be a problem with my bank. Rubbish. He is an idiot.

I got a phone call from a manager within homecallcentre. She said it was unlikely we would be getting paid and the company is doomed.

DONT RELY ON THIS COMPANY TO GET YOUR WAGES.
