Variation Still Too High For Me?
MoneyOne
I've a debt with MBNA, which in turn has gone to Optima - I have a debt management plan, and I sent an N245 with £35 court fee to try to vary to the pro-rata share, which is £21.34.
This morning I received a variation order from northampton county court saying they have 'considered the papers received from the parties' - and the judgement has been set to £75.97 every month!
This is beyond my means - is there anything that can be done?
Thanks!
