Hello everyone.
Just 2 questions on debt if anyone knows the answers
1. Will a CCJ be removed from your credit history after 6 years?
2. Do accounts automatically get removed from your history after a 6 year period, or can the company you owe money too keep them on your history after the 6 year period?

I could be wrong here, but my understanding is
1 A CCJ will fall off your credit report, after 6 years after it was placed
2 A company needs a good reason and a trip to court to reactivate one after 6 years
