Bombay Duck?

Hi all,

Just wondered if any of you had bought anything from Bombay Duck, and if so, how long did it take them to despatch?

I ordered a bracelet on Friday and though I have got a confirmation email, when I check online it hasn't yet been despatched?

I guess I'm being a bit impatient - but it would set my mind at rest if anyone could confirm this is normal?

I've ordered from them twice now and had no problems with them. I can't remember exactly how long they took to despatch but I would have remembered if it had taken ages!

I had to send an email to their customer services team because they forgot to pack one of the charms I had ordered. I got a prompt reply and they sent the missing charm that day. I received that order pretty quickly but I think they must have upgraded the postage to make amends.

I would suggest you send them an email to set your mind at rest

I've ordered from them before but can't remember how long it took, it may have missed their post on Friday and not been sent out till Monday.

They always seem to be helpful so drop them an email.
