Are those the correct details of the date time and location? If so, I'd take them out on here, after seeing the same thing on another forum when I was planning my wedding and someone decided to play naughty and made changes/cancellations based on that info, just for kicks.

Are your parents names going on the front of the invite?

If not its a bit odd as it implies that ''someone is requesting the pleasure of.....'' but doent say who?

And where it says afterward at...Are you handwriting this or printing it in the same style as the rest of the invite?

I would print it in the same style, no point in having half of it printed than half handwritten, the names handwritten is fine.

But apart from my few questions i think its very classy and pretty and clean, not in your face iand messy like some invitaion layouts.

this was my wording as we have 3 childen we wanted the to be included:

    Mr Dxxxxx Bxxxxx Pxxxxx -Txxxxxxx
    and

    Miss Jxxxxxxxxx Exxxxxxxx Cxxx,

    Together with their children,

    Dxxxxxxx, Cxxxx & Lxxxxxx,
Invite you to share in the joy and celebration of their

marriage and the joining of their families on:

    Thursday, the 26th August 2010.

The wedding will take place at the XXXXXXXXXXXXXX,

    At 3pm.

Followed by a formal wedding reception in the

    XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

    At 6pm,
Leading into an informal evening reception

I then had an additional page with full address, directions, places to saty, dietary requirements etc on, it kept the invitation neat and tidy, but the info was there seperately.
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!
