Im to affraid to say no incase i start getting hassel again but in the last 2 years my DMP has already gone up an extra £20 per month and im not getting any increase in my incomings because i dont work .

  • They will always ask you to increase your payments. If your circumstances haven't changed send them a letter saying as such, backed up with a new financial statement if neccesary.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Re:
    Account no:

I have recently conducted a review of my circumstances in line with your 6 month review, and wish to inform you that there have been no significant changes.

Please find enclosed an up to date financial statement. I can confirm you that I have been maintaining the payments under the arrangement that was made 6 months ago and wish to continue with the same level of payments.

I, therefore, ask for the arrangement to be extended for a further period of 6 months after which time I will be able to review my situation again.

    Yours faithfully
