Hi all.....bit of unsettling news tonight. Got home from work and DD2 told me that a man had approached her in a car, asked for obvious directions and then asked her to get in. She refused and carried on walking. He drove up beside her and told her she had a nice !!! and to carry on walking so that he could watch her as she walked (slimy scrote).

She told him to drive on and he wouldn't so she stood her ground. Eventually he turned the car round and drove away and she came home. I advised her to call the police and they've taken down the details and have given her an incident number. Poor thing....she's ok but "frazzled" as she called it.
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

really....it's not hard to understand :T

I'd alert her school/college as well so others can be warned!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • blimey..........not sure where that burst of enthusiasm came from but since getting in from work just after 4.30, I've

answered the phone and put the world to rights
    put the washing in
    done the washing up
    put the rubbish out
made pancake batter and have a stack of pancakes cooked
    Made a cottage pie.

PHEW!!! Underestimated the amount of potato needed so just chucked in some more to boil.

    And breathe...............................

I took a big step today...finally told my dad I'm going to be moving out, and he was surprisingly calm about it...I think im still in shock!!
