Just read message after message yesterday of Hamish, Chucky and their clan pumping the forum with non articles about how the market is surviving and thriving.
In their type of market they would be gloating not pumping.

I do wonder sometimes what sort of life some people on this forum have. Some people are posting up to 35 times a day and therefore they are probably spending maybe up to 5 hours a day on the forum.
In my opinion the more you post the more you are not really convinced by your own argument.0 -

there is certainly a fishy smell coming from a few posters on here... it's the same one actually...

Which news was that then? retail figures for Jan very poor. Growth for uk really poor. Eu growth poor. Greece crisis. Moodys say Uk has a $500b funding gap? 20 economists write a letter and pretty much all others tell GB he needs to cut more. I could go on and on about the US but why bother.
Oh yeah sorry Rightmove say prices are up 3.2% so the economy must be fixed. Dont worth though Chuckmaster I dont need to post up to 40 times a day to get my point across though!0 -
Yes, I`m not seeing a lot of good news. 2 more customers hit the wall. With the examples that Emy has just posted, I can`t really see what would propel houses upward. House prices rising is not great news to me. Falls in unemployment, closing funding gaps, a return to decent growth in the economy....... now ya talking!0
