mortgage agricultural occupancy restriction

I have planning to erect a dwelling house but it is subject to a s75 Town and Country Planning Act agriculture occupany restriction. I have been trying for a long time to obtain funding but cannot find a lender. They have all tightened their belts as a result of the current climate. Does anyone know of any lender out there, thanks.

If you dont meet the criteria of the restrictions give up. If you do you need a farmer with a lot of cash, or a commercial/aggricultural lender.
I kow NFU Mutual deal with insurance, may be a starting point for lenders??"Banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies." Thomas Jefferson

I have had a mortgage with Skipton for the last 6 years as our house had an agricultural tie on it.
I have never found anybody else offering them, but if you find anyone, please let me know as I'd like to shop around!0 -
Have you approached Clydesdale Bank? They appear to be the most 'Farmer Friendly' bank on the go. Ask to speak to an agri-business advisor. If the house is based on labour requirement for the farm, can the farmer not arrange the mortgage (assuming the farmer is a close relative i.e dad?).0
