Subprime Lenders

Hi there
Just wondering if there are any subprime lenders in the market? I know of Beacon but I think they've stopped lending at the moment.
If there are any subprime lenders would they consider me if I only have a 15% deposit (based on a propery value of £100K).
Thanks in advance

As vigi asked - we need specifics - so specifically what is the adverse credit - CCJs/defaults/missed mortgage payments?
Amounts, are they satisfied; how long ago etc?
Are you remortgaging or moving house?0 -
Oh of course that information would help.
I'm in the poor credit score category, 3 defaults from 2005 and 2006 only settled December 09 and January 10. Default amounts were high, £5500, £6300 & £1980 from 2 loans (unsecured) and a credit card.
No missed payments while I had mortgage (7 years with mortgage) or no missed payments on Car HP (had for 2 years).
I've sold my flat and my belongings are in storage and I'm back home to the parents.
Got into bother 2005 when my ex left, I thought I could cope but couldn't and got into bother, hence the defaults.
I feel that would make me sub prime.
Thank you both

I think you would find it extremely difficult to secure a mortgage at the mo with 15% dep...also any lenders out there offering anything in the way of sub prime would have fairly high rates.....0
