Hi All
A quick question.
I have an account ith GE Money which was for a Club La Costa Loan (Iknow dont say it, silly us wish we had read this site first). We are in the process of disputing the account with the assistance of the Finanicial Ombudsman. The account is part of our DMP and is now with Link financial. Should we keep paying our agreed amount through the DMP or stop paying them while the dispute is active? Have asked DMP company but they werent much help on the matter. Jus dont want to cause any issues with regard to threats etc etc only just getting some peace and quiet since setting up the DMP last June?
Any help appreciated

Its up to you. Presumably you have been defaulted for this loan in the past?
If so and its formally in dispute then you could stop payments, your DMP company will then up all the payments to other creditor slightly.
