Forget that freecycle site as they are now run via America....there is another locally run site called freegle www.ilovefreegle.org
There are groups all over and they are run locally by local people, seems they moved over from freecycle since the American bosses were taking over...anyway..worth having a look at for items to get or offer items to.

There were a few people complaining that they didn't like the Americans 'interfering' with the British side of the site so they developed Freegle.
I don't mind what people use..... so long as good things don't end up in a skip and landfill!** Freebies and money saved with the help of you all? - Don't know ....lost count! **** Stay Safe **0 -
Yes, the transition from freecycle to freegle was seamless, and normality continued.
I've given and received several items since.0
