Help with NDR debt

Yes as a standard letter put your address and date at the top right and then after that on the left put the address you are sending it to (above Dear Sirs)
- then add in your account detail after Dear Sirs.
Then send registered post and keep the proof from the post office somewhere safe
.

Yes I would use the address which you have in front of you. Send it recorded delivery.
Just to let you know that NDR are actually Shop Direct's inhouse department as opposed to being a Debt Collection Agency.
Their charges are horrific - I know I've been there. However I claimed back all the charges. I suggest you do this too as it will reduce your balance considerably. Its really simple to do - have a look at the Bank and Credit Card Charges Reclaiming Forum on here for further information. Also if you have paid Payment Protection Insurance you may be able to claim that too.
Oh and do send them that harassment by phone letter, you don't need this carp on a daily basis.
I wish you the best of luck in getting sorted.

shop direct group/littlewoods/ndr are one of the worst creditors i have dealt with ..when i asked for help at the beginning littlewoods upped my interest apr to 39-7 % and would not even reduce it till CAB got involved
...noticed on my additions statement today it now has the same APR although not paying interest at present
id get the CCA and harrasement letters off to them ASAP0 -
