Ok, im a bad credit risk. I dont know what to do about it. Heres as much as i can tell you.
2001 - hsbc loan, 10k, - refinanced 2006 - 9k outstanding - never paid since 2006.
2004 - capital one card, £1400 balance, never paid back.
2006 - tesco loan - 6k - not paid since 2006.
2007 - first national mortgage - 47k over 25 years, shared ownership 50%. (had payment problem due to losing job 3 times in a year, owe them £1200 in arrears now - threatening repossession.
No other credit in my name. I have a car, but my dad took that out in 2007 for me and i pay him the money monthly for it. payments finish end this year.
I have a boyfriend and we are planning to get married and live together. what can i do about this mess im in?
Is bankruptcy the best option of me, to be able to clear my credit file and start again.
thank you.
