I placed an order on the 17th of March but still haven't received my orders. The online invoice lists my items but says unpaid and undelivered but I set up the direct debt and used the MSE promo code for 5quid off. Not good at all.

Does this only work for new customers?
I'm an existing customer but the code was accepted when I entered it. Just got to hope I don't get charged for it now, its not particularly clear whether I will or not!

Strawberries1 - you might have to give their customer service line a call. They changed over their computer system recently and missed out loads of my deliveries too but sorted it out with a quick call. It turned out to be something to be with the computerised handset their drivers now use. Overall their service has been brilliant for me.
