no need to apologise for them lol-they are a good BS and so far i have nothing to complain about --the membership bonus is just icing on a good cake!!

Should be a 1p interim payment per point. 1 point per £40 of (half) mortgage balance outstanding on 30 June 2010

Edit: its also worth logging on to indicate your payment preferences... I think it defaults to co-op vouchers, not cash etc.
