    Hi,
I have just been looking into this possibility of parents lending and hand and came across Norwich and peterborought building society lend a hand mortage, if you go onto their website it will tell you more - mortages - other mortages - lend a hand.
    Hope this helps

royal bank of scotland are very good for this, but take professional advice. you will need it. also your parents need legal advice if they are going guarantor. this is a lender requirement.

This is a useful, up-to-date article. I've already posted it on another thread, but it's also relevant here.

It also gives the example of parents putting money into an offset mortgage account , eg with Yorkshire BS, to reduce the monthly payments.
