From the agreement in principle through to survey and offer.

It does, it took one week from when got initial AIP, found out yesterday that we got it, and no further documents needed, now its gone to valuation and i paid the fee yesterday. im hoping in 2 weeks i will have the mortgage offer as we are nearly ready to exchange.
Good luck with yours, now im just worried about getting through the survey part. Im sure i will have a full head of grey hair before im 30!0 -
