    Frozen jaffa cakes? Where?

    I'd love my hair to have a bit of volume. It's fine but there's lots of it and the slighest bit of dampness in the air and I end up with a white persons afro!! :rotfl::rotfl:

    Afternoon all my wonderful friends. Today has been fab, woke up all happy (although still in pain) and ready to take on the world. I haven't felt like that in a very very long time and you should have seen my smile :D I think a mixture of the weekend and being back on 'plan' has really helped. Took the dog on an amazing long walk and we even ended up in the stream :rotfl: Back home and now up to date with all my bills/accounts/money and still very happy...

    ah pap I felt like that this morning too....although was knackered and had to go to work, pah!

    Home now and trying to organise something healthy and edible from the fridge broccoli cheese, leftover mince and green beans....um not sure how it will go down but hey!

    Also toying with the idea of going for a run but keep getting cramp in my leg.

    I think the majority of the blues I am feeling are due to alcohol. i am so crap at drinking I really shouldnt bother.

    DS ate the icing bunny of the cake after lunch today and talked a mile a minute for about 45 mins then fell asleep! lol
